Happy November! Memphis cannot let go of the 80 degree weather and I’m over it! I just want some fall weather so I can wear scarves and boots and not sweat to death! haha Yesterday I pretended it wasn’t really 89 degrees outside and I made breakfast for dinner. Growing up my grandmother would make breakfast for dinner during the cooler months, so it’s something I crave during Fall and Winter!
I saw this recipe featured on Food & Wine’s instagram last week and knew I had to try it! I love the combination of the tomatoes, sausage, and artichokes! I don’t cook a lot with artichokes, but this recipe makes me want to change that. Check out the recipe here.
